About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive/Specialist (2 positions) to oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while delivering a smooth and positive candidate experience. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 1-2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition roles (fresh graduates may apply)
- Fluent English communication, both verbal and written
- Strong candidate evaluation capabilities
- Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace
- Discretion when handling sensitive information
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
