The role focuses on identifying automation opportunities within banking and financial operations while supporting the CBO function, converting business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines
